Team Oscar: "We did not leak this footage"

Oscar Pistorius' lawyers are investigating after leaked video footage showing the athlete re-enacting the night he killed Reeva Steenkamp has been released.

eNCA's Karyn Maughn reports that Oscar's team says the footage was filmed by an American Company, The Evidence Room, as part of pre-trial preparation.

At the time, it was reported that the company was like something out of a Hollywood movie, and millions had been spent by Oscar's team to help prove that it was possible that the shooting was an accident.

The lawyers have confirmed the footage was part of pre-trial preparation. Aussie show, Sunday Night, aired a 19-second teaser. A full video will be aired tonight.

Since the story broke, however, the video has been blocked to view by South African audiences.
