Thato Makgaka: "Oupa's the only man I was sleeping with"

Despite the outcome of paternity tests, Thato Makgaka knows in her heart that the soccer star is the father of her baby.

Last week Oupa's legal team revealed to the media that he was not the father of Thato's son, Kganya.

However, the 20-year-old student and her mother are not fazed by the results.

Thato has told Drum magazine that Oupa was the only man she was sleeping with and that he's the father.

She also questioned why Oupa didn't deny her pregnancy from the start and why he paid for doctors visits.

Thato's mom, a neighbour and a friend told the mag that Oupa visited the house frequently and in the township it was known that she was dating the soccer star. Apparently Oupa would visit alone and with friends, and their flashy cars drew attention.

The magazine has also printed Whatsapp conversations between Thato and a cellphone number that has been verified to be linked to Oupa.

In those messages they talk about baby names and how much they miss each other.

Oupa's lawyer told the mag that the results were made available and it's a pity that Thato is not willing to accept it. He asked that this matter be put to rest so that the soccer player can focus on his career.
