We love it because: It's a restaurant dedicated to the food lifestyle made popular  by Tim Noakes. Opening this last weekend in Cape Town, The Banting Kitchen is the countries first restaurant solely dedicated to the food art of Banting (a Low Carb- High Fat diet). The 120 seat upscale restaurant  provides low carb, good fat, wholesome, traditional food for breakfast and dinner seven days a week, as well as for lunch over weekends. Think of it as the restaurant Tim Noakes would want you to meet him at for lunch.
