The Joost moment that WILL leave you teary

It's game day with the Springboks taking on the All Blacks at Ellis Park.

There's a 60 00 strong crowd and err'body is emotional.

Then, just when you thought your heart couldn't take it anymore, on walks Joost van der Westhuizen.

By his side are his two children, Kylie and Jordan. He's equipped with all kinds of apparatus that's keeping him mobile.

It's enough to leave tears in everybody's eyes.

Joost, who was diagnosed with MND in 2011, has been wheel chair bound for a few years now. So, to see him walk on the very ground where we witnessed his incredible career is certainly a moment that we'll never forget.
