The Oscar trial resumes today

Oscar Pistorius is back in the dock today as his murder trial resumes in the North Gauteng High Court.

While it was initially thought Oscar might take the stand, attorney Brian Webber has confirmed that he won't be the first witness to testify.

It's believed that a pathologist will be the first to take the stand.
