The real reason behind Black Coffee's album delay

Johannesburg - Black Coffee fans were left disappointed recently when the popular DJ failed to release his album as promised.

It seemed at the time that the album, which was set for release last Friday, was delayed because of controversy over it's cover (read more about that here).

But Black Coffee has revealed the delay has nothing to do with its cover art (which he's totes sorted out with ledisi) but rather its mixing.

"Due to a delay in final mixing of the album in Paris, today’s Pieces Of Me release date has to be pushed back. The wait is almost over!" he told fans.

He revealed that the album will instead be released in stores this Friday, with the album now available on iTunes.
