Johannesburg - It's been 7 days since DJ Zinhle fingered Bonang Matheba as the other woman in her relationship with AKA. We take a look at what has happened since the scandalous announcement...
10 September: 14:30
On a Thursday afternoon, DJ Zinhle updated her blog, MomentsbyDJZinhle.com with a post detailing an alleged affair between her baby-daddy, AKA and Bonang Matheba. In the post, Zinhle said AKA admitted the relationship. "A week before our daughter was born, I found out about an affair between Kiernan (the father of my child) and Bonang Matheba. I received confirmation of all the rumours through an an honest conversation which I had with Kiernan, who confirmed that the affair had been going on for over 5 months."
10 September: 16:30
AKA issued a statement to the press, denying that he had ever been in a relationship with Bonang, and was focussed on his child.
10 September: 17:09
Bonang's pr also issued a statement, stating that she is not in a relationship, and that she is focussed on her career. She also said that this is a legal matter, and the issue had been handed over to her lawyers.
10 September: Meme attack
Memes emerged after the post by Zinhle, with many derogatory pictures and comments being posted online, all of which are targeted at Bonang. She is labelled a 'home-wrecker' and 'side-chick.'

In awkward timing, Bonang is featured as the first local celebrity to star in an E! News Special. In the pre-recorded interview, she insinuates she is a relationship, saying 'You know him.' She later adds: "When you meet someone else it unleashes this sex beast."
11 September: Twitter explodes
In just 24 hours after the news, Bonang and Zinhle are still trending. It is, however, Bonang who is getting the most attention, with over 68K tweets about her on Twitter alone, almost all of them relating to the drama around Zinhle and AKA.
11 September: Ntsiki Mazwai weighs-in
In a long-standing feud with AKA, the poet added her two-cents, saying "Let's talk about the kind of man who sleeps around while is wife is pregnant at home."

A legal letter was delivered in person to the home of DJ Zinhle. The lawyers represent Bonang and demand that Zinhle no longer post 'defamatory' comments about Bonang, and that Zinhle respond by the close of business on Monday.
12 September: Pearl gets in on the action
Pearl Thusi was another celebrity who spoke out about the drama. Metro FM listeners say they heard her saying she is friends with Zinhle and that Zinhle wouldn't lie. Pearl later slammed the reports, saying Twitter is not a credible source of news.
14 September: D-Day
In what is seen as a response to Bonang, DJ Zinhle posts a #I'mSorryplaylist on her Twitter page.

Pearl Thusi posts this message on Twitter. "I didn't realise that when a woman is being disrespected, we're meant to keep quiet."
14 September: #Before5pm
Zinhle pokes fun at Bonang again, this time using the hashtag, #Before5PM. She lists a bunch of things she needs to do before the close of business, including buying a ticket to Cassper Nyovest's #FillUpTheDome. She also releases a statement through her pr company, saying she won't be commenting on the matter any more, as it is now also with her legal team.
14 September: More pics!
More pictures of AKA and Bonang emerge. Although it is not clear when they were taken, they certainly add fuel to the fire.
15 September: Brand damage?
There's speculation that brands are dropping Bonang after being involved in the scandal. When the news broke, Revlon, which Bonang is a brand ambassador of, is tagged in hundred of mentions online. That same night, Bonang responds to a fan questioning whether her Revlon adds have been dropped. She says it is not true.
15 September: AKA on daddy duty
AKA shares a picture of himself with baby Kairo. He also shares a picture with his friend and Kairo's godfather, DA L.E.S with the little one. He later deletes the image of himself with Kairo.
16 September: Bonang's body
Bonang shares a picture of herself in a bikini, looking incredible for a 'special' shoot.
16 September: Zinhle on the job
Zinhle is also working, posting pictures from the MTV DJ Battle event. Fans comment on her pictures, saying she looks incredible after giving birth.
