It's that time of the year again! The time when we all swear we gonna change and become more fit, more healthy and FINALLY stop eating McDonalds!
So, we were glad to see that Thembi Seete is going to be joining us on our path to being a new person in 2015.
The actress and singer has been working on her bikini body for sometime now and, if recent snaps are anything to go by, she's got it down! Yoh the lady is looking fiiinne!
And on Thursday she encouraged her social media followers to get in shape like her by adopting a no list: no sweets, no cake, no chips, no white bread, no fast food, no chocolate and no ice cream for 21 days!
"Ain't gonna be easy," she wrote,"but it can be done! "Let's set goals, tag your friend".
We don't know, Thembi, is there maybe an easier way to get in shape without all those nos?
