Anatii is fast becoming the go-to producer for artists. He has already proven that whatever he touches turns into a hit - like Yaya, which he did with DreamTeam and DJ Dimplez.
Speaking on Vuzu about the success of the track, Anatii said: "It was so dope to see something that we didn't think was gonna stick, the fact that it caught on and people liked the dance, and then they had the yaya dance challenge on social media that went viral." He added that the song was the biggest hip hop track in the country at some point.
He said what happened in SA music last year was. "The growth and the quality and amount of music that came out, the ideas. Like everything that came out was unique."
Anatii also revealed his plans for 2015. "More music, more videos, more of me on your TV screen, more weight loss, more pushing this lifestyle. I'm gonna be putting out stuff whether I'm on production, whether I'm mixing, arranging, writing or if I'm the artist."
Anatii, who is well on his way to the top, also shared some words of wisdom with young artists. "Just keep following your dreams, but stay focused on what you're trying to do."
