What did you do for your birthday party? What was the theme?
Whatever it was we bet it wasn't as spectacular as the party DJ Mahoota's is planning for this coming weekend.
According to City Press, the Trompies star Zynne “DJ Mahoota” Sibika will fork out around R1 million on a carnival themed party at a Sandton nightclub.
The party will include over 50 acts, over three dance floors (each with their own theme) that will perform for a number of high profile celebs and politicians. And, although DJ Mahoota is shy about who's going to be on the VIP guest list, he did name drop the likes of Pearl Thusi, Lootlove and Stoan Seate.
DJ Mahoota's party will apparently be open to the public, and will cost a cool R150 for entrance to the event.
Oh, and in case you feel guilty about partying the night away at his luxurious bash, DJ Mahoota promises that proceeds from the event will also be going to charity- so there's that.
Just don't forget to get him a gift...
