Johannesburg- Hip-hop legend Tumi Molekane has set the record straight over the perception that he has 'beef' with iFani.
Last week Tumi and Amu came under fire for comments they made on V-Entertainment, where Tumi lashed out out at both Cassper and iFani.
Cassper chose to remain silent, while iFani spoke out - but Tumi was having none of it. (Read that story here)
Now, the musician has revealed on Twitter that he's never hated on iFani, or anyone for that matter.
Tumi lashed out at so-called "Twitter gangsters" who just make noise in their corners.
The rapper added that his entire legacy is based on what we as South Africans went through during Apartheid, and labelled iFani's raps as "vapid."
Ouch!
My whole career imbaciles like Ifani try dismiss my experience as a South African. We don't talk like this to be cool, we were displaced...

...just cuz you rap in an indigenous language don't mean you are about anything, especially when most of what you talk about is vapid...

I got stopped by a xhosa guy in cpt who feels like he must chose sides between me and Ifani. I told him "you better off listening to both"

I have never hated on Ifani, or anybody for that matter. I care about what you create not what you get rewarded for creating it...

As for all you spineless twitter gangstas making noise in your little corners, I go to bed and wake up with my legacy intact, where's Yours?
