Unathi explains why she cries, like,all the time

If this was the playground, Unathi would be called the cry baby. But she took to Instagram on Friday to explain why it is that she leaks from the eyes so often.

The musician, radio personality and Idols judge frequently breaks down on Idols, something we always believed was just down to her softer side.

Pictures of Unathi with no make up circulated on Twitter on Thursday night - some with horrible comments. Perhaps she was upset by them because she took to Instagram on Friday to talk about her feelings.

"I cry to release the pain because I can't live with it." Unathi wrote, next to a picture of her crying on Idols. "I cry because I am so happy at that moment and words escape me. To feel is to live! To live is to feel!" she wrote.

Fans responded to the post with messages of support and appreciation.

We love how Unathi is in touch with her emotions and shares them so freely and we'll sort out anyone who calls her a cry baby for it!
