Veteran actress Mary Makgatho makes a comeback

If you're a Rhythm City fan then you'll be glad to know that the emotional and erratic Connie will be back soon!

Mary Makgatho, who plays Connie made her debut on the soap in 2008. The actress recently opened up to Sunday World about making a comeback to the soap after being out of the script for months.

She told the newspaper that she was excited about returning to the series. "It does not really bother me that I'm not a regular on the soapie, what's important is that the character doesn't die," she said.

Mary added that fans could expect alot more drama from Connie especially as she continues to deal with her grief after loosing her daughter and son, who were killed.

Mary's acting career kicked off at Thakalani Sesame and over the years she's also featured on Generations, Malimpho and the local flick 31 Million Reasons.
