Vusi: Being away from TV is like being dead

Johannesburg - Actor Vusi Kunene is a bit of a TV addict. Even when he takes a break, he's itching to get back!

Vusi, who is known for his role as Jack Mabaso on Generations, took a break from TV for a little while after Generations. But he soon returned to play the villain on Isidingo and Isibaya. He will also be back on Generations, while still maintaining his role on Isibaya.

How does he do it?

Vusi spoke to The Juice at the launch of The Road this week, and told us he just can't escape the screen.

"TV is like my home. Being away from the screens is like being dead," he says.

So, does he miss playing arguably one of his most loved characters, Jack Mabaso?

"I miss playing Jack on Generations, but I miss every character I've played on the screen. They've all been very well written," he answers.

Well, we can't wait to see Jack back in action!
