WATCH: Janez Vermeiren's son is his gym buddy

Johannesburg- TV personality Janez Vermeiren is definitely getting his sons into the swing of things from an early age. 

Just last week, proud papa Janez shared how baby Vincent is able to hold onto a pull-up bar for 15 seconds without any assistance. (Read that story here)

And, now Janez has shared a cute video of him and his older son, Matisse working out together. 

This is just super cute and great bonding time!
