Will axed Generations actors be joining e.tv?

It's been reported that four axed Generations actors are in talks with the public broadcaster's rival station.

City Press has been tipped off by reliable sources in the industry, who have insider knowledge that e.tv is planning to launch an exciting new prime-time telenovela.

And, the station has apparently approached the likes of Sophie Ndaba, Zikhona Sodlaka, Nambitha Mpumlwana and Zolisa Xaluva.

The mole also revealed that although no contracts had been signed yet, the channel actually wants all 16 of the fired actors.

e.tv's Managing Director, Monde Twala declined to comment on the claims, but did tell the paper that the channel was "cooking up a new and spectacular line-up."

Sophie Ndaba declined to comment, while the others were unavailable.

Guess only time will tell!
