Boity is somewhat of a fitness freak. The way that girl trains and lives healthy just makes us feel, well, rather podgy. So to rub it in she posted a pic of her amazing legs in her gym shorts.
Talking to The Juice about her workout regime, the presenter revealed that it all came about when she ditched cardio training for weight training two months ago.
" I have a personal trainer who showed me that with my body type it's best to do weight training, " she explained. "So I've been working with weights and I'm really starting to see the difference now. I feel stronger and much healthier"
The lucky girl even has a nutritionist to help her keep in shape but she reveals that even a healthy diet and rigorous training sessions can't keep her away from the cinnabons!
"It's my weakness. That and Woolworths caramel cakes. I once ate some before a workout session cause I thought my body would have an hour to digest it. Worst mistake! Never ever eat cakes before working out" she laughs.
So it seems there is hope for us mere mortals to have our bodies look as fresh as Boity's.
