Zahara shows why she was always a 'country girl'

Johannesburg - It's like musical Christmas! The day we've all been waiting for! The day that Zahara finally signals her return to the top of the music charts with a new album.

The last few months have been a rough ride for poor Zahara. The songbird's first two albums were mega hits, selling like hot cakes, but a string of personal challenges threatened to derail her career (read more about that here).

But the star decided to put her head down and brush aside the distractions by working on her third album (more on that here) and now it's finally paid off!

Her new album, Country Girl, was released on Friday to massive fanfare.
