Zenande Mfenyana: "This is not the end"

On Tuesday evening we bid farewell to Generations. The soapie, which has been on air for over 20 years, is going through changes and will return in December.

As we watched some of our favourite characters for the last time on the show, we couldn't help but wonder which direction they'll be taking next. Zenande Mfenyana, who's one of the fired actors, took to Twitter to share her feelings with her fans.

She wrote: "Gen was part of the journey, not my final destination...There's still so much God has in store for me, continue on my journey with me..." She added: "It's God's grace that has brought me this far, it's His grace that has kept me, and it's His grace that will take me further." She said she has faith that God will open the next chapter of her life.

Zenande urged her fans not to be sad, while adding that this is not the end. "Characters die, but artists live forever! God is doing a new thing! Forget the former things."
