An Easter fit for an Idol

Johannesburg – Easter is a special time to spend with friends and family.

So, while you’re running around the garden hiding Easter eggs for the kids to find, spare a thought for Idols winner Karabo Mogane who will be spending the day giving back.

The Juice sat down with Idol’s winner, Karabo Mogane recently to find out about his Easter plans and found it’s all about giving.

“We’re probably going to go to church and take communion as a family, but I also want to kind of do something different. I want to give back and maybe go buy groceries for a family who’s in need,” he says.

“God has elevated me so much over the last year, so to show my appreciation I want to help elevate others and, if can, give back,” he adds.

Karabo might not have time to participate in the church choir this year, but he says he always has time for an Easter hymn.
