Johannesburg - Prepare yourselves TV fans! Khaphela is back!
Mike Mvelase, who played the role of Khaphela on Generations, has returned to the world of TV soapies with a role on Isibaya.
The actor got the rumour mill going recently when he was snapped on set of the popular Mzansi Magic soapie.
Mzansi Magic have confirmed to The Juice that Mike has been given a recurring role on the show.
"We can confirm that Mike Mvelase has recently joined Isibaya. It is a small role, but has possibility for the future," Mzansi Magic publicist Emmah Ngomane told us.
"He will play Phumelele’s uncle and will be part of the royal court. He’ll be introduced as the uncle who comes to resolve some nonsense that Ngwebedla and Solomzi have been up to," she adds.
It's understood that Mike has only recently started shooting with the cast, and has not been given a date for his debut yet.
We can't wait!
