Johannesburg - It seems everyone is a DJ -  even guys from Generations!

Generations actor, Nkuli Tshirumbula has a new goal for 2016: become the best damn DJ on the decks!

The former Muvhango actor, who now plays the role of Vuyo Radebe on Generations: The Legacy, has expand his craft from the screen to the decks and wants to take over radio.

"Music is one of the biggest passions I have," Nkuli said in an interview with YFM recently. "I grew up in a musical family with cousins who play instruments. I play drums, but because I can't just play drums anywhere I decided to go into DJing to try explore my musical sense within that space.

"I have been pushing that as much as possible, for people to book me and to know me besides being an actor. I'm trying to get on radio, for people to hear my voice and get used to hearing my voice," he adds.

Unfortunately the sexy actor hasn't chosen to take an epic stage name like Bongo Maffin's Stoan, otherwise known to his adoring audience as DJ Stoanito (more on that here), or promised to perform sets with shirt off.

Sorry, girls!
