Johannesburg - We all know that beauty costs, but Khanyi Mbau has hinted that she may have spent a small fortune on changing her looks.
The popular actress and TV personality has certainly changed over the years and in an interview with Sowetan recently she lifted the lid on going under the knife.
Khanyi says that a basic breast enlargement can go for anything from R45 000, but is more shy on revealing how much he has spent on her several treatments.
"Look I have had a few procedures so I have spent quite a large sum of money on beauty," she says.
Khanyi says that she decided on surgery after realising how much a busy schedule and constant exposure to light could age her.
But would she ever let her daughter go under the knife?
"I cannot advise my child on anything, it's a choice she makes for herself," Khanyi says. "My job as her mom is to ensure she gets the best health care and safety. But no I will not pay for a pair of breasts for another woman."
