The good news is that the once self-confessed gold digger, who made headlines for all the wrong reasons, has been buried along with the past. Another thing that Khanyi has never been shy to talk about is her love for surgery.
Over the past few years Khanyi’s changing face, lighter complexion, and ever changing physical appearance has seen her come under fire on social media.
But the one thing that hasn’t changed about Khanyi is her fiery spirit, which has seen her tackle hate over her changing appearance head-on. Never one to mince her words, Khanyi has even hit back at criticism by offering to help some of her haters improve themselves.
To celebrate her 30th birthday this year, Khanyi also had a professional photoshoot done, and shared a string of steamy snaps on social media. Khanyi was widely criticized for showing off her body, but she has stayed firm on her beliefs that a woman can be a good mom, career driven and still be sensual.
