Cape Town – According to a report by The Daily Sun, Kwesta is not on drugs.
The South African hip-hop star came under fire over the weekend after he slurred during a radio interview on MetroFM’s The Real Phat Joe on Saturday morning.
Now Kwesta, real name Senzo Mfundo Vilakazi, has hit back at his critics.
The 27-year-old told The Daily Sun that he does not do drugs and neither does anyone in his crew.
He added that he was performing at Taboo in Sandton at 04:00 and his interview on Metro FM was at 07:00.
"You can just imagine. I had not slept," he told The Daily Sun.
