Johannesburg- Lerato Kganyago has poured cold water over pregnancy rumours currently doing the rounds.
Taking to social media to set the record straight, Lerato made it clear that she does not find the rumours funny.
"Like...I'm pregnant! But I posted a video of my 'fat' the other day. (Oh wait let's just make up anything negative about her) In fact I WISH I was pregnant, but I'm NOT...But hey, they would rather start a malicious rumour, than say job well done on your work. Though, I don't find the pregnancy jokes funny right now in my life, I'm ok with it, that's how the cookie crumbles," Lerato wrote on Instagram.
Lerato has since deleted the post from her Instagram feed.
It's believed that the rumours stemmed from Lerato's decision to wear a loose-fitting dress to this year's Metro FM Awards.
In October last year Lerato was left heartbroken after suffering a miscarriage when she was two months pregnant. At the time Lerato confirmed the sad news but would not be drawn into speaking about the ordeal in detail, as it was "too painful" for her.
