Johannesburg- Veteran actor, Menzi Ngubane is one of SA’s much-loved celebrities. And, it’s not just because of his on-screen charisma and charm.
In his personal life Menzi displays the same type of fortitude and strength that has left many fans in awe of him.
The former Generations star, along with 15 other cast members were fired from the soapie towards the end of last year. This saw many of them, including Menzi, welcome in 2015 without having a job.
At the time, Menzi was also fighting his own personal issues, which included suffering from kidney failure and a very public divorce. Despite facing many challenges Menzi has managed to bounce back.
The actor’s much-anticipated TV comeback was also welcomed by excited fans. In June this year it was confirmed that Menzi had found a new home on e.tv’s Ashes to Ashes. And, then in October fans were thrilled when Menzi made his debut on e.tv’s, Gold Diggers. It was also reported that Menzi has found love again, and tied-the-knot to his ex-wife, Sikelelo Sishuba in a traditional ceremony.
During a magazine interview this year Menzi said that he’s “happy and healthy.”
