Johannesburg - International singing sensation Nicki Minaj touched down on South African soil on Wednesday afternoon ahead of the first leg of her world tour.
It was a long flight for the singer who first flew from Philadelphia to Atlanta, and then hopped on to another connecting flight from Atlanta to Johannesburg.
Her boyfriend, Meek Mill is currently under house arrest at his Philadelphia home and international entertainment site, TMZ, reports that she has been living between Philly and New York.
Twitter users took to the social media site to explain how Minaj has allegedly sworn at fellow passengers on the flight who were trying to take pictures. (Girl, was trying to sleep)
The singer, accompanied by bodyguards and crew members arrived in Johannesburg wearing comfortable black pants, a black top and a black cap.
She was friendly even though her bodyguards were very forceful, with one journalist's earring being ripped off. Minaj stopped to sign a magazine and stopped to take a video of her screaming fans just before she left.
