Johannesburg - Big Nuz member Danger may be recovering in hospital after an altercation over the weekend, but it seems there are no ill feelings between his boss, DJ Tira and DJ Bongz.
Earlier this week, The Juice reported how Danger had been admitted to hospital after getting into an altercation at a Durban nightclub over the weekend (more on that here). It is understood that Danger was assaulted with a bottle, allegedly by promoter Lindo Buthelezi, who goes by the name of Dogg.
Although Tira could not tell The Juice what caused the argument that led to the assault, reports claim the pair had a disagreement on DJ Bongz winning a Metro FM Music Award for Best Kwaito Album.
But it seems that Afrotainment hold no grudges against DJ Bongz, with DJ Tira taking to Facebook this week to congratulate Bongz on his Metro FM Music Awards win.
In the message, which may have been posted to defuse the heated situation, Tira wrote: "What defines us is how we get after falling. Congrats to DJ Bongs for winning Best Kwaito. Thanks to Reggie Nkabinde for supporting a black brother, may Mabalabala Records continue to grow and support more artists. Phambili ngomzabalazo wokuqeda indlala (Forward with the struggle to end poverty).
