Omuhle Gela's health challenges

Johannesburg- Actress Omuhle Gela is among the long list of celebs whose health was dealt a blow this year.

Even though Oumhle has been shy to share too much detail around her health issues, she did announce that doctors have put her on bed rest.

Omuhle also had to turn down a role on Mzansi Magic’s The Mayor, which she had already started shooting for.

Instead of pushing herself, Omuhle decided to follow doctors’ orders and take it easy for as long as requested.

"I decided not to compromise my health and take the doctors orders of staying in for as long as he requested," Omuhle said at the time. 

Good news is that she will be shooting for Umlilo 3 next year.
