Johannesburg - Koyo Bala is determined not to let his cancer struggles beat him.
The musician, who has been battling painful anal cancer for the past three years, this week gave fans a rare glimpse into his radiation treatment.
Posting a video of himself after his latest procedure, Koyo wrote: "I'm going to win this battle 'cancer'.
His resolve was applauded by his followers, with celebs and friends taking to social media to offer their support to him. Singer Kelly Khumalo and actress Brenda Ngxoli were among the well wishes.
"I'm with you in prayer nana,"Kelly commented.
"Oh phila sihlobo (get well soon, relative)!" added Brenda.
We wish him a speedy recovery.
