Johannesburg- Former Big Brother Mzansi winners Ace and Ntombi have reportedly been arrested for drug possession in Claremont on Tuesday night.
Daily Sun is reporting that the reality TV stars were nabbed after police received an anonymous tip-off about a suspicious vehicle driving through the area.
SAPS spokesperson Lieutenant Kay Makhubela told the paper that when the K9 unit stopped the couple, they were allegedly found with dagga, a dagga grinding machine and ecstasy.
The couple were allegedly arrested on the spot and will appear at the Sophiatown Magistrates Court on Wednesday on charges of drug possession.
After winning R2m as the winners of 2015's season of Big Brother Mzansi, the couple landed their own ten part reality show, Ntombi and Ace on Mzansi Magic.
UPDATE:
Mzansi Magic declined to comment on the swirling reports, explaining that it has not been able to speak to either of them.
"We have not had an opportunity to speak to either one of them and are thus not able to comment at this stage," said M-Net Head of Public Reations, Nondumiso Mabece.
