Johannesburg - Don't mess with Simphiwe Dana - or her cat!
The soul singer was nearly a victim of a house robbery this week, but it seems that the tsotsi's weren't counting her cat being just as feisty as its owner.
Taking to Instagram to talk about the incident, Simphiwe wrote how her cat saved the day.
Fans and friends, including actresses Bridget Masinga and Slindile "Mama Ruby" Nodangala, took to Instagram to offer their support and (virtual) hugs to a shaken Simphiwe.
Meanwhile, the cat is doing just fine!
