The TV presenter and first lady of sport is in Miami at the moment doing her thing - which means she's keeping busy watching sport and getting in there with members of the Miami Heat NBA team.
Carol took some time out of her adventures to beat the heat at the pool. What followed was an impromptu swimsuit shoot where Carol showed off her little red cozzie.
