Johannesburg- It's been a rough past couple of weeks for TV and radio personality Pearl Thusi, but she's grateful to her fans for their continuous support.
It's been three weeks since Metro FM bosses confirmed to The Juice that co-hosts Pearl Thusi and Phat Joe had been taken off air, supposedly over comments the pair had made about Bonang Matheba (more on that here).
Fans continue to call for the pair's return, with the SABC mum on a possible date.
But Pearl is not letting that get her down. She took to Instagram this week to thank fans for their support.
Posting a picture of herself with an actual Black Panther, she wrote this cute letter to her fans.
"To my fans and supporters... My CUBZ !!! This is a real black leopard/ black panther/ jaguar. Just by the way. I wanna say THANK YOU!!! You're the fiercest. This picture is an ode to you. For loving and protecting me. I carry you with me, just like in this image. And I know you'll bare your fangs and protect me with your claws. I still stand because of all the strength you give me. We stand because of God. I love you. All you do matters. I've been attacked at every angle lately. Falsely so and because of you I'm still standing and climbing higher. My hope is that you fulfill all your wildest dreams and become the fiercest leopards and panthers in the jungle. You are kings and queens and you inspire. Never stop dreaming !!!!. Love, Mamma Pantha."
