Johannesburg - There's just no stopping the South African film, Ayanda and the Mechanic.
Just months after Terry Pheto's hit movie scored an American distribution deal, it has now secured a spot on the popular international streaming service, Netflix.
Making the announcement on Friday, Terry wrote: "It's an honour to announce that our film Ayanda and the Mechanic will be available on Netflix from Jan 19. This is dream come true for me and I'd like to thank Ava DuVernay and the Array family for this opportunity. My heart is filled. Thank you."
The film took international honours at the LA Film Festival last year and has been well received globally.
But now a whole new audience can Netflix and chill. Yay!
