The Soil sells out London Jazz Festival

Johannesburg - Local multi-award winning group, The Soil, have returned to the UK for a sold out tour.

The group are favourites in the land of the Queen, even counting her majesty among their fans (more on that here), and returned this week to perform three sold out shows.

One of the highlights of the tour will be a sold out headlining spot at the London Jazz Festival, where the group are set to perform alongside Grammy nominated singer, writer and musician, Melody Gardot.

But they won't be the only South Africans on the bill. Local ladies of Jazz, Sibongile Khumalo, Gloria Bosman and Thandiswa Mazwai are also set to perform at the festival next week.

The Soil arrived in London on Wednesday and were buzzing to perform for their fans there. Just take a look:
