Local movie hunk likes to go shirtless (a lot)!

Cape Town – When local movie hunk, Armand Aucamp, recently walked into our office he had heads turning.

The sexy star popped in to discuss his latest movie as well as a new TV show he stars in.

The 28-year-old just completed production on a local film named, Daniel Munro in the Karoo. (You can watch the trailer here.)

Written and produced by South African filmmaker, Willem van den Heever, the movie centers around a mysterious, wealthy young man from the city, who ends up at a road stall in the middle of the barren Tankwa Karoo.

Coincidentally Aucamp’s new Afrikaans TV series, Die Boekklub, also plays off in the Karoo.

The Ballade vir ‘n Enkeling star plays the role of Tom Niemandt who unexpectedly inherits his grandmother’s guesthouse in Merweville. He’s forced to live in the small town for a year and unwillingly becomes part of his grandmother’s book club.

Armand is also nominated for two Channel24 Online Awards in the categories Best Instagram Account and Juiciest Male. (You can vote for him here.)

We challenged Armand to a fun game of shirt on/shirt off:

We just had to find out when Armand can be found shirtless in his natural habitat! :P
