In a series of photos, Minnie wears a black swimsuit with a matching headpiece and cover-up.
"I've had the most incredible physical journey with my pregnancy," she captioned the photo.
"No filter, no edit, just Mr Jones, his lens and the beautiful Hout Bay backdrop," she went on to write.
According to another Instagram post, Minnie and husband, Quinton Jones, are enjoying a "babymoon and an anniversary" getaway in Cape Town.
The couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary on Wednesday.
The TV personality announced that she is expecting her first child with Quinton, one week ago and on Monday "Baby Jones" made their "official" TV debut on Homeground.
