Billie Eilish likes the taste of blood

Cape Town - Billie Eilish confessed to liking several unusual flavours - including the taste of blood and old coins in a new interview with Pitchfork. 

The interview was published on Monday on YouTube, and in it, the famous young artist speaks about her likes and dislikes.

The reason Billie likes the taste of the weird items, she explained, was because of her iron deficiency.

According to The Mayo Clinic, Iron deficiency anaemia is "a common type of anaemia — a condition in which blood lacks adequate healthy red blood cells. Red blood cells carry oxygen to the body's tissues."
