Lindsay Lohan too busy with her night club for drugs and alcohol

Cape Town - Lindsay Lohan is insisting that she is in no danger of slipping back into her old drinking and drug habits as she builds her club empire, because she's just too busy for distractions.

The actress' new MTV docu-series, Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club, premiered on Tuesday and gives viewers an inside look of her efforts to expand her empire with the launch of Lohan Beach House in the Greek Islands.

In the fist episode Lindsay reveals the emotional reason she chose the destination of the club - Mykonos, Greece - referring a 2016 incident when she was physically assaulted by her ex-fiancé, Russian business mogul Egor Tarabasov.

She further talks about making a comeback to the spotlight on her own terms.

"I’ve been working for 28 years in Hollywood. I know the ups and downs of being in the spotlight. People judge me every second … So, I disappeared. Now, I want to do things differently. I want to be my own boss."
