Cape Town - It’s been five months since Prince Harry and Meghan said “I do” and they’re already planning on adding a little one to the royal family.

A source close to the royal couple, who tied the knot in May, told US Weekly that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are excited to start a family.

“They both want a big family, at least three kids,” the source said.

The insider also revealed that the former Suits actress is more settled in her role as a royal and plans on keeping busy, Hollywood Life reports.

Royal photographer Arthur Edwards, who has photographed the royal family for more than 40 years, told The Sun that Harry has an incredible way with children and will be a great dad.

“Harry’s one of the greatest members of the royal family I’ve ever seen with kids. I mean they’re all pretty great with children, but he’s really good,” said Edwards.

“He won’t leave a child until he gets that child to smile. And if he’s not smiling or if he’s miserable, Harry will make him smile, he’s amazing.

“I know [he’s] living next door to William and he’s seeing William’s children, of course, he’s great, he’s Uncle Harry. And he’s very, very loving with those children and very involved with them.

“But of course he’d love his own children. And I’d be pretty sure both he and Meghan are planning to have a baby and family pretty quickly. Because it’s no secret he wanted to get married and he wanted to have his own family and I don’t think it’ll be too long before it happens.”

Arthur also said that he’s never seen a more loved-up couple than Harry and Meghan.

“They never stop holding hands. Even when she was walking to church on Christmas day, she was arm-in-arm with him, she wouldn’t let him go.

“[Harry’s] always aware of where she is . . . whispering in her ear if she’s a bit hesitant about what to do next.

“He’s very loved-up and he’s very much prepared to show it to everybody: This is the woman I love and this is the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with.”
