Cape Town – The Duke and Duchess of Sussex kicked off 2020 with a special highlight video of their best moments from 2019.
The royals captioned the video, set to the song Clocks by Coldplay, with: "Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and thanking you for your continued support! We’ve loved meeting so many of you from around the world and can’t wait to meet many more of you next year. We hope 2020 brings each of you health and continued happiness."
The video included footage from their tour to South Africa, as well as the video of Harry hugging South African president Cyril Ramaphosa after the Springboks won the Rugby World Cup on 2 November 2019 against England at the International Stadium Yokohama in Japan.
The highlight reel also included images of Harry following in the footsteps of his mother, Princess Diana, whilst visiting a landmine site in Angola.
The final surprise was a never-before-seen photo of Harry and Meghan’s son, Archie. Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born on 6 May 2019 at the Portland Hospital in London.
