Former Miss World Rolene Strauss shared never-before-seen photos from an engagement photoshoot, taken while she was 'secretly' engaged during her reign in 2015.
The brunette beauty posted the photos on Instagram, writing: "I've never posted these pictures before. This was taken in 2015 during our 'secret' engagement shoot when I visited home to plan the wedding.
"We were secretly engaged for almost six months during my year as Miss World and looking back at these pictures, so much has changed, yet so much stayed the same," she added.
The pair went on to tie the knot on 6 February 2016, at the Laurent Wedding venue in Somerset West, and welcomed their first son together a year later in January 2017. In February 2020, she gave birth to her second son.
"Since 2011, you have been the one 'constant' in my life. My rock, always there to support, always in the background, always giving everything for your family," she wrote, dedicating the lengthy post to her husband on his 38th birthday.
"You two are pure love," former Miss South Africa Tansey Coetzee commented on the post. Liesl Laurie and Sasha-Lee Olivier also expressed their good wishes with heart emojis.
