If you've been chomping at the bit to see Robert Pattinson play Bruce Wayne alongside Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, you might just have to hold those horses just a little bit longer.

Warner Bros has pushed back the release of several films including Robert's first go-around as the legendary superhero in the film simply titled The Batman.

In case you didn't know it was initially scheduled to hit theatres on 25 June 2021. Now it will hit cinemas on 1 October 2021. The production and release of several films has been pushed back due to the outbreak of Covid-19, which has prevented movie makers from working on set and movie-goers from getting to cinemas.

Earlier this year, director Matt Reeves shared a video clip on Twitter of Robert Pattinson in the suit, teasing the armour and the logo. That teaser was followed by paparazzi photos from the set showing a stuntman on a motorbike in Scotland.
