Cape Town - R Kelly recently announced his new tour guide despite being accused of sexual assault after the release of the documentary Surviving R Kelly last month and the US singer's tickets are selling like hot cakes - in Germany, at least.

The R&B singer’s show scheduled in Ludwigsburg on 12 April  is being moved from the MHP Arena, which boasts a capacity of 7200 for concerts, to a bigger venue.

R Kelly is set to perform in front of a larger crowd of 9000 at the Ratiopharm arena in Neu-Ulm.

Considering the negativity swirling around R Kelly's name venues across the US have so far put on a united front in denying Kelly the ability put on shows in his home country.

The Germans, however, seem to be taking an 'innocent until proven guilty' approach to the singer.

The Ratiopharm Arena organisers have added an escape clause to cancel their concerts if facts change from now and April, specifying that the show will be canceled if required by law.

The remix of Ignition hitmaker  is currently being investigated by the FBI for his alleged sexual misconduct with young girls.

Kelly’s long time record label has dropped him along with SONY.

The singer has denied all sexual assault allegations in the documentary and said he intends to sue everyone involved in the documentary.
