Susan Boyle is back in the spotlight and better than ever

Cape Town – It’s been almost a decade since singer Susan Boyle was the runner-up of Britain’s Got Talent‘s season 3 in 2009.

In a video that made her world-famous Susan Boyle sang I Dreamed A Dream on the popular reality show’s stage.

Now, she’s back for America's Got Talent: The Champions and ready to wow the crowd again.

In a video shared on the programme’s social media Susan recalls her first audition in front of the camera saying, “Most of the audience, they were laughing, but they looked at my mouth, and that seemed to change. You don’t expect people to be that excited about you.”

About her reason for coming back the 58-year-old said that she wants to be, “A champion for those who maybe don’t have the confidence to do things, for those who don’t have a voice, the ones who people tend to ignore…”
