Many South Africans will remember the Global Citizen Concert, back in December 2018, during which Beyoncé, Cassper Nyovest, Sho Madjozi and more gave their all in support of a slew of important causes. That event took place because the organisation uses the arts as a medium for change around the world.

Now, as the globe faces the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic Global Citizen has embarked upon a concert series called Together at Home, which asks some of the best musicians in the world to perform a concert from their own home which you can watch in the comfort of your own.

This is to both encourage people to follow social-distancing guidance and to mobilise individuals around the world into taking meaningful action to help.

Together at Home is available to stream on all social media platforms, but I've decided to pull all the YouTube videos together (so far there's 12) so that you can stream them all in one place.

I'm sure that more musicians will join in and as they do this playlist will automatically update, so keep coming back while the country goes into a nationwide lockdown for 21 days from Thursday, 26 March.

It will be like your own indoor music festival. Some of artists taking part include: Christine and The Queens, Ziggy Marley, Charlie Puth, John Legend, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello and more!

And just for fun, I've thrown in an encore from one of Channel24'sfavourite artists, Orville Peck.
