Cape Town - The veteran actor and alleged sex pest was in a great mood back in his hometown of Philadelphia, America, on Wednesday, according to The Inquirer.

The 80-year-old actor was out in Philly for dinner, taking a break from his sexual assault trial to tuck into some Italian fare.

With reporters being tipped off, cameras were abuzz and the disgraced funny man was snapped socialising and taking selfies.

The man, once known as America’s Dad, has been plagued by allegations of drugging and assaulting dozens of women. According to BET, he’s maintained his innocence.

The actor’s dinner was without drama, though. According to The Guardian, he made reference to the anti-sexual harassment movement #MeToo at the restaurant.

Telling a reporter, “I just shook your hand like a man . . . please doesn’t put me on #MeToo.”

The Me Too movement was started in 2006, by civil rights activist Tarana Burke, to raise awareness of the pervasiveness of sexual abuse and assault in society, BET reports.

#MeToo then surfaced on social media last year in response to sexual misconduct allegations at the hands of disgraced movie boss Harvey Weinstein.

Unlike Harvey, Bill is facing criminal prosecution for his alleged crimes. On his impending April court date, Bill told reporters, “We’re ready.”
