Muvhango actor dies

Johannesburg - Sammy Moeti who played Vho-Mushasha, the sangoma and healer of the people in Thathe, in Muvhango died on Monday morning.

The Muvhango team announced on Facebook, “It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sammy Moeti who used to play Vho-Mushasha. A man who brought us great entertainment and amusement. He passed on last night after a long illness. Our most sincere condolences go out to his family. May your soul rest in peace.”

No memorial or funeral arrangements have been made public yet.
